One of the hardest things when getting started is figuring out the meal plan. If you are new to the 21 Day Fix, it’s a new concept to count containers and not count calories or points. ALWAYS start with the Fixate Videos! In order to access this information you can click this link or you can log into your Team Beachbody account and then click on the upper left side where it says Beachbody On Demand. Then scroll down to Fixate and then click on Foundational Videos. There are videos about getting your pantry ready, how to use the containers and how to meal prep. I highly encourage you to watch those first! None of them are very long and it will set the stage for your success with the program.
The Beachbody Blog is also a great resource and another great place to look before you start. You can access that below.
There is also an app you can download if you prefer that over tracking your containers with pen and paper.
